Hanoi Re CEO Honored as Outstanding Achiever by Petrovietnam

On the afternoon of August 1, 2025, at the Ministry of National Defense Hall, Mr. Trinh Anh Tuan – Chief Executive Officer of Hanoi Reinsurance Joint Stock Corporation (Hanoi Re) – was proudly recognized by Petrovietnam with the title of "Outstanding Achiever" for the 2020–2024 period, in acknowledgment of his outstanding contributions to the Group’s patriotic emulation movement.

The award ceremony was part of the 6th Outstanding Achiever Conference (2025–2030) organized by Petrovietnam, leading up to the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress in 2025. Out of more than 60,000 employees across the Petrovietnam system, only 50 outstanding individuals were selected for recognition. Mr. Trinh Anh Tuan represented PVI Holdings at this meaningful event—marking a significant milestone as he celebrates 10 years of service and dedication to Hanoi Re, and 23 years of commitment to PVI Holdings.

Leadership Highlights (2020–2024)

Achieved an average annual revenue growth of nearly 14% and pre-tax profit growth of 8.3%; consistently met or exceeded business targets.

Maintained a stable and high dividend payout policy of 16% over 8 consecutive years, raised to a record-high 17% in 2025.

Accelerated digital transformation and AI adoption in corporate management, recognized with the Creative Labor Award in 2024.

Rebranded from PVI Re to Hanoi Re, launched a new corporate identity, and increased charter capital to VND 1,044 billion.

A.M. Best upgraded the long-term issuer credit rating bbb outlook from “Stable” to “Positive” while affirming the financial strength rating at B++ (Good).

As CEO, Mr. Trinh Anh Tuan has successfully steered Hanoi Re through numerous challenges, reinforcing its position as a dynamic, professional, and efficient reinsurance enterprise.
