Hanoi Re ignites the spirit of “One Beat – One Dream” Toward PVI’s 30th Anniversary with the motto “Together We Advance – Together We Are Proud”

On November 15, 2025, Hanoi Reinsurance Joint Stock Corporation (Hanoi Re) participated in the Culture & Sports Festival celebrating the 30th anniversary of PVI (1996–2026). The event took place at Swan Lake Park, Ecopark (Phung Cong, Hung Yen), gathering more than 600 employees from over 30 units across PVI’s nationwide system in the North, Central and South, along with numerous guests from the Petrovietnam Trade Union, partners, and clients.

The PVI Culture & Sports Festival “One Beat – One Dream” welcomed distinguished guests including Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; from PetroVietnam, Ms. Bui Thi Nguyet, Head of Internal Audit and Independent Member of PVI’s Board of Directors; Ms. Nghiem Thuy Lan, Chairwoman of the PetroVietnam Trade Union; and Mr. Nguyen Manh Kha and Mr. Vu Anh Tuan, Vice Chairmen of the PetroVietnam Trade Union.

Under the theme “One Beat – One Dream,” the festival featured a variety of activities such as sports competitions (running race, football, pickleball), cultural showcases (camp decoration, regional culinary booths), and vibrant team-building activities and mini-games. These activities not only strengthened solidarity and connection among employees across the PVI system but also created a healthy, creative playground that celebrated the distinctive culture of PVI.

Representatives presented commemorative badges to delegates from 30 participating teams.

As part of the festival, nearly 40 Hanoi Re employees registered for the “One PVI Race 2025,” competing in all three distances: 5km, 10km, and 15km.

Hanoi Re’s camp design showcased a creative combination of Hanoi’s cultural identity and the company’s development journey. A model of the Long Bien Bridge was built with 14 spans, symbolizing Hanoi Re’s 14-year history and growth (2011–2025).

In addition, the “Hanoi Re Station” model—designed after the iconic Hanoi Railway Station gate—was introduced as a symbol of an energy hub, a launchpad for new journeys. With the message “Embrace the New Chapter” it represents Hanoi Re’s determination and commitment to “Moving Forward Together – Proud Together” alongside PVI.

Culinary Booths: The Distinctive Flavors of Hanoi
The culinary booth operated by Hanoi Re’s employees attracted strong attention from participants, offering well-known Hanoi specialties including traditional coffee, and traditional cakes such as “banh khuc”, “banh te” and “bánh rán”. Professionally and warmly organized, the culinary booth became a popular gathering spot, enhancing interaction and fostering closer bonds among the participating units.

The festival was more than just a cultural and sporting event; it was a meaningful occasion that celebrated pride and memorable moments within the PVI community. It served as a tribute to generations who have contributed to shaping PVI’s values today. Proud to be part of PVI, Hanoi Re is committed to carrying forward this tradition, continuing the journey toward a stronger and more sustainable future.
