Announcement regarding the 2023 First Interim Dividend Payment

Hanoi Reinsurance Joint Stock Corporation respectfully informs esteemed shareholders about the 2023 first interim dividend payment as follows: See details

1. Dividend Recipients: Shareholders listed in the Securities Ownership List for dividend payment in cash, finalized by the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation on 13 November 2023.
2. Security Name: Hanoi Reinsurance Joint Stock Corporation stocks
3. Par value: : 10,000 VND/share (Ten thousand VND per share).
4. The First Interim Dividend Payment Rate for 2023: 11,5%/share (Each share receives VND 1,150).
5. Individual Income Tax Obligation for Individual Shareholders: Hanoi Re will automatically deduct 5% from the total dividend amount as required by the law.
6. Dividend Payment Period: Starting from 01/12/2023.
7. Method and Procedure for Dividend Payment:
   a) For Depository Securities: Shareholders need to complete the dividend receipt procedure at the Depository Member (“Thanh vien luu ky – TVLK”) where shareholders maintain depository account.
   b) For Non-Depository Securities
   Procedures for dividends reciept via bank transfer:

• For shareholders who received dividends via bank transfer in the remaining dividend payment of 2022:
  In case shareholders want to change the dividend receipt method or alter the account number, please provide written or email notification to Hanoi Re before 4:00 PM on 30/11/2023. After the specified deadline, if Hanoi Re does not receive the notification, dividends will be automatically credited to the shareholders’ accounts as per the 2022 remaining dividend payment.

  Procedures for receiving cash dividends:
  Shareholders need to complete the dividend receipt procedure on working days at Hanoi Reinsurance Joint Stock Corporation, 25th Floor, PVI Tower, Lot VP2 Yen Hoa Residential Area and Public Works, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi starting from 01/12/2023. In order to receive dividends, shareholders must bring the following documents:
• Original Citizen Identity Card (CID)/Passport (for individual shareholders) or original introduction letter, certified copy of the business registration certificate, and original CID/Passport of the person introduced to complete the dividend receive procedure (for corporate shareholders);
• Letter of Authorization/Power of Attorney if the shareholder cannot personally receive the dividends.
