Hanoi Re 2025 Team Building Program: Connect – Inspire – Rise Higher

From February 21 to February 23, 2025, Hanoi Re organized a meaningful journey to renowned landmarks in Bac Kan and Cao Bang. This trip was not only an opportunity for bonding and experiences but also being a special occasion to honor outstanding individuals, teams and divisions for their contributions to the company’s growth in 2024, as well as the official launch of the 2025 business competition campaign.

Strengthening Bonds at Ban Gioc Waterfall
Ban Gioc Waterfall – one of the most breathtaking waterfalls in the world – was a highlight of the journey, evoking strong emotions among participants. Surrounded by magnificent natural scenery, Hanoi Re members had the chance to connect, engage and, strengthen the connections among the company’s divisions and employees. This strong relationship not only fosters an effective working environment but also serves as a crucial foundation for the long-term development of Hanoi Re.

On this occasion, in response to the spirit of “Spring is the season for tree planting,” Hanoi Re participated in a commemorative tree-planting activity at Phat Tich Truc Lam Ban Gioc Pagoda. This initiative was a meaningful contribution to environmental conservation while also reflecting the company’s commitment to sustainable development and community engagement.

After the tree-planting activity, the Hanoi Re Happiness Fund donated VND 30 million to the “For The Poor – Eliminating temporary and run-down housing” in Dam Thuy Commune, Trung Khanh District, Cao Bang Province. This contribution aims to support community initiatives and contribute to local development.

Journey to the roots at Pac Bo Historical site
During the trip, the company had the opportunity to visit the Pac Bo historical site, where President Ho Chi Minh stayed and worked during the early years of the resistance movement. Walking along the pristine Lê Nin Stream and exploring the historic Coc Bo Cave, and other historical landmarks, each Hanoi Re member gained a deeper appreciation for the perseverance and resilience of previous generations.

This visit also served as an opportunity for Hanoi Re Party Cell to reflect on the revolutionary traditions and reaffirm its pioneering role in preserving historical values and the spirit of dedication. This experience served as a meaningful opportunity for company members to develop a stronger awareness of their responsibilities and missions in the path toward a sustainable development.

Gala Dinner: Honor & Initiation for 2025
A special highlight of the journey was the “New Year Party 2025,” held at the Pac Bo ballroom of Muong Thanh Cao Bang Hotel. This event provided an opportunity for Hanoi Re to honor the divisions that excellently achieved the KPI targets of 2024, recognizing their efforts and valuable contributions to the company’s growth.

Additionally, the company also presented awards for innovative AI-powered solutions to apply in the workplace to enhance productivity. This is also a key area that Hanoi Re has been prioritizing and conducting internal training throughout the past year.

In a formal and inspiring atmosphere, Hanoi Re’s Board of Managements’ and Board of Directors’ members officially launched the 2025 business competition campaign under the theme “Beyond the Falls – Rising Higher”, symbolizing the strong determination to rise and breakthrough in the new year.
