On the afternoon of January 19, 2026, Hanoi Reinsurance Corporation (Hanoi Re) held the 2025 Year-End Conference and the implementation of 2026 plan. At the Conference, the Board of Management and all employees reviewed the results of a year marked by persistent efforts amid a challenging market environment, while aligning on strategic objectives, key directions, and priority solutions for 2026 – a pivotal year leading up to the 15th anniversary of Hanoi Re.

Outstanding Results in 2025: Exceeding Targets and Reinforcing Capability and Market Position
In 2025, against a backdrop of significant volatility in both domestic and international insurance and reinsurance markets particularly rising natural catastrophe risks and increasingly stringent requirements on financial strength and risk management, Hanoi Re proactively implemented comprehensive business, governance, and digital transformation solutions, achieving positive and encouraging results.

The year 2025 recorded historic highs in both revenue and profit. Total revenue reached VND 3,690 billion, representing a 22% year-on-year increase, while profit before tax exceeded the annual plan by 18% and grew 22% compared to 2024.

Beyond its strong financial performance, 2025 was marked by several significant milestones. Hanoi Re successfully hosted the HRIC 2025 International Reinsurance Conference, enhancing its brand image and reputation in both domestic and international markets. Revenue from international markets achieved strong growth, underscoring Hanoi Re’s determination to realize its global expansion strategy. At the same time, the Company’s reinsurance capacity continued to be strengthened.

On the stock market, PRE shares recorded improved liquidity and positive price performance, reflecting the growing confidence of investors in Hanoi Re.

Within the framework of the Conference, Hanoi Re announced and presented decisions on key leadership appointments, including the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Anh Hung as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Le Huy Dan as Manager of Division 3, and Mr. Ha Minh Thang as Deputy General Manager of Division 4. These appointments reflect the confidence of the Board of Directors and the Executive Management in the next generation of leaders, while further strengthening the Company’s management capacity for its next phase of development.
