Hanoi Re announces the Final Registration Date for the Second Dividend Payment of 2022

Hanoi Reinsurance Joint Stock Corporation would like to announce the final registration date to compile the list of shareholders for implementing the second dividend payment in 2022 as follows:

• Type of stock: Common Stock
• Transaction par value: 10,000 VND per share
• Trading Venue: Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX)
• Final Registration Date: 21/03/2023

1. Reason and purpose

• Second interim dividend payment for 2022 in cash.

1. Specifications

• Implementation Rate: 5% per share (01 share will receive 500 VND)
• Payment Date: 31/03/2023
• Location of Implementation:
• For Depository Securities: Shareholders need to complete the dividend receipt procedure at the Depository Member (“Thanh vien luu ky – TVLK”) where shareholders maintain depository account.
• For Non-depository Securities: Shareholders need to complete the dividend receipt procedure on working days at PVI Reinsurance Joint Stock Corporation, 25th Floor, PVI Tower, Lot VP2 Yen Hoa Residential Area and Public Works, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi starting from 31/03/2023. In order to receive dividends, shareholders must bring Citizen Identity Card/Passport. In the event of receiving dividends on behalf, a valid Power of Attorney/Letter of Authorization is required.
• For shareholders receive dividends via bank transfer:
  o Dividend receipt via bank transfer registration form (Attached form)
  o Copy of Citizen Identity Card/Passport (for individual shareholders) or a copy of the business registration certificate (for corporate shareholders)
