On October 22nd, 2024, with the approval of the Ministry of Finance under Official Letter No. 11299/BTC-QLBH, Mr. Pham The Hoang officially assumes the position of Actuary at Hanoi Reinsurance Joint Stock Corporation (Hanoi Re).
