Information disclosure: Amended license for the Rename of PVI Re to Hanoi Re

On 7 August 2023, PVI Reinsurance Joint Stock Corporation received Amendment License No. 86/GPĐC5/KDBH, issued by the Ministry of Finance on 3 August 2023, regarding the corporation’s rename to Hanoi Re.

Accordingly, Hanoi Re will inherit the values and achievements that PVI Re has obtained over 12 years of operation, as well as all rights and obligations of the corporation.

Except for the rebranding, there will be no other changes in the organizational structure and operational model of the company.
