New promotion of PVIRe’s Chairman

Pursuant to Official Letter No. 13232/BTC-QLBH dated 21st September 2016 issued by Ministry of Finance regarding to the change of chairman of BODs of PVI Reinsurance Joint-Stock Corporation, PVIRe respectfully announce that:

Mr. Ton Thien Viet – date of birth 28 March 1959, Personal Identification no.011542698 – holds the position as PVIRe’s Chairman of BODs, in replacement of Mr. Pham Khac Dung, effective dated 21st September 2016.

Mr. Viet joined the insurance market since 1990 in Bao Viet Insurance Company. In January 1996, he officially joined Petro Vietnam Insurance Company, where he had held important positions across areas such as permanent member of Board of Director and Deputy CEO of the company (renamed as Petro Vietnam Insurance Joint Stock Corporation and currently be known as PVI Insurance Corporation)

Currently, he is the Vice Chairman of Board of Director of PVI Joint Stock Company and Chairman of Board of Directors of PVI Reinsurance Joint-Stock Corporation (PVIRe).
