Outstanding Petrovietnam role models 2020–2025 honored in a meeting with the President of the Vietnam National Assembly

On April 17, 2025, at the National Assembly House, a delegation of 50 exemplary employees representing over 60,000 officers and workers across the petroleum industry had the great honor of meeting with Mr. Trần Thanh Mẫn, President of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. This event marked the beginning of a series of activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of Petrovietnam (1975–2025) and the 2025 Workers’ Month. It was also a special occasion to recognize and pay tribute to individuals with outstanding achievements in the nationwide creative labor movement.

On this occasion, Hanoi Re is proud to have Ms. Nguyen Minh Tam, General Manager of the Investment and General Office Division, among the honored individuals. She was awarded the title of “Outstanding Role Model for the 2020–2025 period” by the Petrovietnam Trade Union. This prestigious recognition not only celebrates her personal contributions as an exemplary oil and gas officer but also affirms the persistent efforts, solidarity, and collective responsibility of all Hanoi Re staff in accompanying the development journey of the PVI system and the national energy and industrial sector.

The “Outstanding Role Model” title is a recognition of Ms. Tâm’s remarkable dedication, professional excellence, and tireless commitment in both her professional duties and trade union activities. Especially in her role as Head of Investment and General Office, she has consistently demonstrated leadership and professionalism, contributing to a dynamic, cohesive, and innovative work environment at Hanoi Re—true to the spirit of modernization and sustainable development in the petroleum industry.

This year’s recognition ceremony is even more meaningful as it coincides with the official renaming of Petrovietnam to the Vietnam National Industrial and Energy Group, reflecting its mission to become a leading hub in industry, energy, and services—serving as a pillar of national energy security and a pioneer in green and digital transitions.

At the ceremony, Mr. Phan Văn Anh, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, emphasized the central role of human resources in enterprise development. Mr. Đỗ Chí Thanh, Deputy General Director of Petrovietnam, expressed his hopes that the honored individuals would continue to carry the flame of dedication and innovation, becoming inspirational figures throughout the Group. Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Petrovietnam Trade Union launched the 2025 Emulation Campaign themed “Petroleum Innovation – Reaching for Growth,” encouraging employees to further embrace creativity, reform, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Having a Hanoi Re representative recognized and welcomed at the National Assembly is not only a great personal honor but also a testament to the quality of the company’s human resources, its spirit of dedication, and the strength of collective solidarity. It also serves as motivation for Hanoi Re to continue striving for sustainable development, international integration, and contribution to the shared success of PVI and the Vietnam National Industrial and Energy Group.
