The Ceremony on appointment of new CEO of PVIRe

On 2nd August 2016, the ceremony on appointment of a new CEO of PVI Reinsurance Corporation (PVIRe) was solemnly held at PVIRe’s head office.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – The Chairman – Party Secretary and Mr. Bui Van Thuan – CEO – Deputy Party Secretary of PVI Joint Stock Company (PVI) together with representatives and leaders from Board of Directors of PVI.

Pursuant to Official Letter No. 10636/BTC-QLBH dated 2nd August 2016 of Ministry of Finance, Mr. Trinh Anh Tuan was approved to hold office as CEO and legal representative of PVIRe. After having had announced the Decision, PVI’s Chairman and CEO gave the CEO Appointment Decision for Mr. Trinh Anh Tuan.

Mr. Trinh Anh Tuan is Senior Associate of Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) with many years of experience working in insurance sector. Since 2009, Mr. Tuan had held several key positions at Petro Vietnam Insurance Joint Stock Corporation (now known as PVI Insurance Corporation) as Director of Reinsurance Department, Director of Engineering Insurance Department, etc. Before being appointed to the highest executive position in PVIRe, Mr. Tuan has been in the post of Deputy CEO of PVI Insurance Corporation for four years.
