Professional Experience
Thuy embarked on her career in 1994 at PJICO, where she held the position of Deputy Director in the Reinsurance Department for several years. In 2006, she joined PVI Insurance Corporation and assumed the role of Deputy Director of the Reinsurance Division.

Starting from August 2011, she was promoted to the position of Deputy CEO at PVI Reinsurance Joint Stock Corporation, which later became the predecessor of Hanoi Reinsurance Corporation. Her three decades of expertise and leadership have been instrumental in propelling the company’s growth
